Blairton's Y2K Quilt Pic Page
Blairton's Y2k Quilt construction began on February 27, 1999. Squishies were received from quilters in foreign countries including Australia, Canada, France, Guam, Korea, Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands. A squishie was received from almost every state in the United States. The Blairton community was amazed with the generosity of quilters worldwide who donated to our cause. Our own 'Quiltin Mel' had requests to return his own signature square to some of the contributors!
